This type pellet mill is our main products. pellet mill with feeder,conditioner,pelletizer main body,electric control cabinet and automatic lubricant device.
1)High capacity:it is easy to press hard raw materils in aniaml feed field.like corn mix some rice straw,grass,husk,peanut shell.... as long as produce cattle feed and sheep feed pellet,we recommend this type. while if press only corn,the capacity is higher and spare parts lifetime will be longer.
2)Lower power consumption,main power is 45kw,55kw,90kw,160kw, the capacity can be
2-3tons/h,3-4tons/h,4-6tons/h,5-8tons/h. here capacity based on hard raw materials,if press soft raw materials the capacity will be increased one time or double times.
3)Stainless steel ring die. longer lifetime. the ring die holes diameter can be selected from 1.5mm,2mm,3mm,...10mm. fit for different animal feed size.
