wood chipper blades lifetime

Recently many customers buy spare parts for drum chippers.

they bought our wood chipper about two years,three years ago.

When bought the wood chipper,they bought ten sets blades for spare.

during customer using feedback.the blades sharpen machine is necessary.

1.About the drum chippers blades lifetime,here we can't say how long,from our customer using details,if based on manual operate and maintenance,one year just change 3-4 times for BX216,BX218 model.

2.If you have blades sharpen machine,it is easy to repair.when the blades not sharpen,you can use blades sharpen machine to grinding it,again and again,unitl the blades become short which can fix on the rotor by screw,then you can change new blades.

3.please notes,before you put the wood log raw materuals into the feeding conveyor,please check your raw materials,if have stone,iron nail,please clean it.because stone and iron nail is easy to break the wood chipper blades and screen mesh.
