Turkey Clients Pellet Production line
Today we got our Turkey clients inquiry about pellet production line.his raw materials are many different kinds wood barks,from soft wood and hard wood.capacity is 2-3tons/h. for this kinds of raw materials,we make flow chart to our clients.
The first process:Cutter machine.
This machine can cut the wood bark into small pieces,normally the finished size within 10mm.this way is easy for hammer mill to working.
Crushing process-Hammer mill
We will select the high effciency hammer mill to grind the small wood bark into sawdust.normally within 5mm side.
Drying process:Rotary Dryer.
Based on clients raw materials moisture and capacity to select the most suitable model.
Pelleting process-Wood pellet mill
High effciency centrifugal pellet mill,pellet diameter from 4mm to 12mm for selection,double layer ring die.longer lifetime.and the machine have automatic lubricating system,dust collect bags with fan blower.
Pellet cooling process:Pellet cooler.
The cooler can cool down the pellets like room temperate,just directly go to packing machine after cooling.
Packing Process:Packing machine
Automatic packing machine.the weight is 5-50kg/bags.with sewing machine.if clients need heat sealing machine,we also can supply it.
